Transphorm TDTTP2500B066B-KIT GaN Evaluation Platform offers high efficiency single-phase AC-DC conversion. The Evaluation Platform pairs a Microchip Technology dsPIC33 16-Bit Digital Signal Controller with Transphorm GaN FETs in the fast-switching leg of the circuit. The kit also uses low-resistance MOSFETs in the slow-switching leg of the circuit. This results in improved performance and efficiency.
