STMicroelectronics STM32WL5MOC Multiprotocol LPWAN Dual-Core Modules feature two Arm® Cortex®-M cores, the M4 and M0+. These modules integrate a powerful and ultra-low-power LPWAN-compliant radio solution, enabling the following modulations: LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK, and BPSK. The STM32WL5MOC modules eliminate the need for RF expertise, presenting an optimal solution to expedite any development and to minimize associated costs. These modules feature a 48MHz maximum CPU frequency, 256KB flash memory density, and 64KB SRAM. The STM32WL5MOC modules operate within the 1.8V to 3.6V voltage range and -40°C to 85°C ambient temperature range. These modules are offered in a 10mm x 10mm LGA92 package and are completely protocol stack royalty-free. Typical applications include industrial, smart city, and IoT.
