onsemi SECO-NCD57000-GEVB Application Daughter Card

onsemi SECO-NCD57000-GEVB Application Daughter Card includes the NCD57000 isolated high-current and high-efficiency IGBT gate driver and all the necessary drive circuitry. This daughter card comes with the ability to solder any MOSFET or SiC MOSFET in a TO-247 high voltage package in both SMD and THT. The SECO-NCD57000-GEVB daughter card is compatible with the SECO-GDBB-GEVB gate driver baseboard that allows testing of up to 3 daughter cards simultaneously and comparing the performances. This daughter card can be used in any low-side or high-side power switching applications.
