onsemi SECO-HVDCDC1362-15W15V-GEVB Development Tool features a highly efficient and Primary-Side Regulated (PSR) auxiliary power supply for HEV and BEV applications. This board employs the NCV1362 quasi-resonant peak current PSR flyback controller, the 3-lead cost-optimized NVHL160N120SC1 SiC MOSFET, and the FFSD0665B-F085 SiC diode. The SECO-HVDCDC1362-15W15V-GEVB development tool provides a stable 15V output and 15W over 250V to 900V wide input DC voltage range. This development tool includes high efficiency of up to 86%, excellent thermal performance, and electromagnetic compatibility.
