Vishay XClampR™ Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay XClampR™ Transient Voltage Suppressors are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment against voltage transients. The XClampR TVS has low maximum clamping voltages and offers low clamping ratios of 1 (XMC7K24CA) and 1.08 (XLD5A24CA and XLD8 A24CA). This is compared to 1.4 for conventional TVS, enabling high peak pulse currents in theSMC (DO-214AB) and DO-218AB packages.
