TDK InvenSense ICS-40638 AOP Analog MEMS Microphone

TDK InvenSense ICS-40638 High Acoustic Overload Point (AOP) Analog MEMS Microphone with Differential Output features a very high dynamic range and is capable of operation up to 105°C. The ICS-40638 includes a MEMS microphone element, an impedance converter, and a differential output amplifier. The microphone features a 138dB sound pressure level (SPL) acoustic overload point, tight ±1dB sensitivity tolerance, and enhanced immunity to both radiated and conducted RF interference. The series offers an extended frequency response from 35Hz to 20kHz in a compact 3.50mm × 2.65mm × 0.98mm bottom-port, surface-mount package.
