ABLIC S-19914/5 Automotive Switching Regulators
ABLIC S-19914/5 Automotive Switching Regulators are low EMI synchronous step-down regulators designed using high withstand voltage CMOS process technologies. These regulators are equipped with a built-in spread spectrum clock generation circuit. This circuit spreads the operating frequency range across a wide bandwidth during the PWM operation and reduces noise to about 1/3 of conventional devices. The S-19914/5 regulators are also equipped with a built-in overcurrent protection circuit, a thermal shutdown circuit, and a built-in synchronous circuit.
The S-19914/5 switching regulators operate from 4V to 36V input voltage range and −40°C to 125°C temperature range. These regulators offer 91% efficiency, ±1.5% FB pin voltage accuracy, and 1A output current. The S-19914/5 switching regulators are used in automotive cameras, motor drivers, security sensor modules, Electric Control Units (ECUs), and electrical applications for vehicle interiors.
