Yazaki 91 Series Connectors offer 0.8mm to 9.5mm tab widths for the male terminals and come in unsealed and sealed (waterproof) options. The 91 series features numbers variations, including A Type, TK Type, RV Type, RK Type, M-LC Type, and L-MC Type. Yazaki 91 Series Connectors provide housing with internal lances and a rear holder for secure terminal positioning.
The A Type connectors have a 0.8mm tab width and reliable contact performance with separated beryllium copper material on the female contact, while TK Type connectors have a 1.0mm tab width and cover wire sizes of 0.3mm2 to 0.5mm2.
RV Type and RK Type connectors are sealed (waterproof) with a 1.0mm tab width. The RV Type has a separated copper alloy material for stable contact performance in under-the-hood applications, while the RK Type has an individually sealed concept with a wire seal that works for stable waterproof performance.
M-LC Type connectors feature a 6.3mm tab width and have no rear holder parts for an economical version, while the L-MC Type connectors have a 9.5mm tab width and a separated stainless steel spring for stable contact performance under high current conditions.
