WeEn Semiconductors MCR100W-10M Silicon Carbide Rectifier (SCR) is designed to interface microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits, and other low power gate trigger circuits. This planar passivated rectifier features high surge current capability and direct triggering options from low power drivers and logic ICs. The MCR100W-10M SCR is used in applications like Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI), Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI), and Residual Current Circuit Breaker with Overload-protection (RCBO). This planar passivated SCR with a sensitive gate comes in a SOT223 surface-mountable plastic package.
