WeEn Semiconductors BTA425Z-800 Planar Passivated TRIACs

WeEn Semiconductors BTA425Z-800 Planar Passivated TRIACs are high commutation three quadrant triacs in a IITO3P package. They are intended for use in circuits where high static and dynamic dV/dt and high dI/dt can occur. The BT series will commutate the full RMS current at the maximum rated junction temperature (Tj(max) = 150 °C) without the aid of a snubber. The series is ideal for applications where “high junction operating temperature capability” is required.
