VORAGO Technologies VC91200 Evaluation Kit is used to develop the VC91200 radiation-hardened latch-up monitor IC. The VC91200 is a four-channel overcurrent protection ASIC. It features HARDSIL® technology for radiation performance and latch-up immunity.
