Vishay VOA300 Automotive Qualified Linear Optocouplers

Vishay VOA300 Automotive Qualified Linear Optocouplers are engineered for voltage sensing in Battery Management Systems, predominantly Electric Vehicles. The VOA300 provides a fast response, gain stability, and isolation voltage ideally improved over other standard optocouplers. The Vishay VOA300 automotive-qualified linear optocoupler combines an infrared emitter irradiating an isolated feedback and an output PIN photodiode in a bifurcated arrangement.
