Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT Surface-Mount Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors are available in five case sizes ranging from 0402 to 1111. The surface-mount MLCCs operate over a -55°C to +200°C temperature range. These wet-build process devices are constructed with ultra-stable dielectric material. Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT MLCCs are ideal for use in a variety of applications, including RF and microwave, broadband communication, and satellite communication.
