Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT Design Kits contain common sizes and capacitance values of surface-mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors for high-temperature (up to 200°C), high-frequency applications. The MLCC kits provide 15 pieces of each part and are offered in body sizes 0402, 0603, 0805, 0505, and 1111. They achieve very high field reliability through a combination of design, materials, and tight process control. Vishay / Vitramon VJ HIFREQ HT Design Kits feature an ultra-stable dielectric material and a Reliable Noble Metal Electrode (NME) system. They are ideal for use in a variety of applications, including RF and microwave, broadband communication, satellite communication, base stations, medical instrumentation and testing, military devices, and wireless devices.
