Vishay / Thin Film PHPA Precision High Power AEC-Q200 Chip Resistors feature moisture-resistant tantalum nitride resistor film on high purity ceramic / alumina substrate. Tantalum nitride is a self-passivating film that offers superior moisture resistance characteristics, even under humid operating conditions. These moisture-resistant resistors provide a high power rating from 1W to 2.5W and wrap-around, surface-mount terminations to enhance heat dissipation. They are AEC-Q200 qualified (ESD rated to 5A) and have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, resistance from 10Ω to 30.1kΩ, and precision tolerance as low as 0.1%. Vishay / Thin Film PHPA Precision High Power AEC-Q200 Chip Resistors are available in 1206 and 2512 case sizes. Applications include automotive, industrial, and test and measurement equipment.
