Vishay / Siliconix SIP32434 Single-Channel eFuses

Vishay / Siliconix SIP32434 Single-Channel eFuses integrate multiple control and protection features. The SIP32434 provides increased controllability and reliability, with simplified designs and minimal external components. The SIP32434A and SIP32434B protect power sources and downstream circuitry connected to the switch. Protection includes overloads, short circuits, voltage surges, and excessive inrush currents.

  • Current limit accuracy of ±7%
  • Fast short circuit protection response
  • OCP triggering without overhead current
  • Programmable turn-on slew rate
  • Turn-on delay 190μs
  • Adjustable OVP (and fixed 24V OVP at VIN)
  • Adjustable UVLO
  • Over-temperature protection
  • ESD / HBM > 2kV
  • ESD / CDM > 750V
  • PGD power good indicator output
  • Compact TDFN10 3mm x 3mm package (for AEC-Q100 qualified automotive applications, please refer to SIPQ32434)
