Vishay Semiconductors VS-E7MH0112-M3 1A FRED Pt® Hyperfast Rectifiers are designed with optimized performance of forwarding voltage drop and hyperfast recovery time. The device’s planar structure and the platinum doped lifetime control ensure the best overall performance, ruggedness, and reliability characteristics. The VS-E7MH0112-M3 delivers an extremely optimized stored charge and low recovery current that minimizes the switching losses and reduces power dissipation in the switching element.

The Vishay VS-E7MH0112-M3 1A FRED Pt Hyperfast Rectifiers are intended for use in snubber, boost, lighting, as high frequency rectifiers, and freewheeling diodes.
