Vishay Semiconductors VOMDA1721T Automotive MOSFET Driver

Vishay Semiconductors VOMDA1721T Automotive MOSFET Driver offers all the required current to drive the internal circuitry from the infrared emitter on the low-voltage primary side of the isolation barrier. The automotive-qualified optically isolated MOSFET driver does not need a power supply to provide VCC. The Vishay Semiconductors VOMDA1271 employs a turn-off circuit to achieve a fast turn-off of the MOSFET.
