Vishay Semiconductors VOH/VOIH/VOWH 10MBd High-Speed Optocouplers utilize a highly efficient input LED combined with a high-speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output. These optocouplers feature an open drain output. The 10MBd high-speed optocouplers supply an internal shield to ensure a common mode transient immunity of 15kV/μs.
