Vishay Semiconductors VCUT0714BHD1 BiAs ESD Protection Diodes are Bidirectional but Asymmetrical (BiAs) ESD protection devices designed to clamp positive and negative overvoltage transients to ground. These diodes are connected between the signal or data line and the ground to offer high isolation within the specified working voltage range. The VCUT0714BHD1 diodes feature very low line inductance that helps in clamping fast transients like an ESD strike with minimal over- or undershoots. These diodes are available in an ultra-compact DFN1006-2A.
