Vishay Semiconductors VCAN36A2-03G & VCAN36A2-03S ESD Protection Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors VCAN36A2-03G and VCAN36A2-03S ESD Protection Diodes are Bidirectional Symmetrical (BiSy) dual-line ESD protection diodes optimized for CAN and FLEX-bus applications. These ESD Protection Diodes feature a maximum working voltage of ±33V (VCAN33A2-03G) and ±36V (VCAN36A2-03S) and a low 0.05µA leakage current. These devices also offer a very low 9.5pF (VCAN33A2-03G) or 10pF (VCAN36A2-03S) load capacitance. ESD immunity (IEC 61000-4-2) for both devices is ±30kV (contact/air discharge).

The Vishay Semiconductors VCAN36A2-03G ESD Protection Diodes are offered in a SOT-323 package. The VCAN36A2-03S ESD Protection Diodes are offered in a SOT-23 package. Both devices are available in AEC-Q101 qualified variants.
