Vishay Semiconductors LVE1560E/LVE2560E Bridge Rectifiers feature low forward voltage drop, low noise, and high surge current capability. The Vishay LVE1560E/LVE2560E rectifiers offer a maximum 600V repetitive peak reverse voltage, a junction temperature of -55°C to +150°C, and are available in a thin single in-line package. The devices are ideal for general-purpose use in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for switching power supplies, home appliances, and white-goods applications, especially for telecom power supplies, high-efficiency desktop PCs, and server SMPS.
