Vishay ISOA Power Thick Film Resistors

Vishay ISOA Power Thick Film Resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified components built on an Alumina substrate in a SOT-227 package for mounting directly onto a heatsink. The resistors feature the ability to integrate an NTC Thermistor inside the resistor package to enable direct temperature monitoring while applying power. The high power/volume ratio resistors are available with pre-applied Phase Change Thermal Interface Material to help streamline the resistor installation in production. The non-inductive 120W resistors handle energy pulses (i.e., 110J for 0.1s), available in values ranging from 0.47Ω to 1MΩ in ±5% and ±10% tolerances, and feature a 1500V maximum operating voltage rating.
