Vishay / BC Components A…P Axial Leaded MLCCs are Class 1 and Class 2 capacitors with a high operating temperature up to +160°C. This compact series offers a 100pF to 1µF capacitance range and 50V_DC, 100V_DC, or 200V_DC rated voltage.
