TRACO Power TPP 180 Medical Series and TPI 180 Industrial Series feature two 180W families of ultra-compact AC/DC power supplies. These high-power density modules are available in a 3″ x 2″ open-frame or a 3.6″ x 2.44″ fully enclosed package. The six models provide single outputs of 12VDC / 15VDC / 24VDC / 36VDC / 48VDC / 53VDC. They are rated 180W with forced air and up to 150W convection cooled.
The TPP 180 series offers global medical safety approvals, 2xMOPP compliance, and is body floating (BF) rated for applied parts applications, ensuring both patient and operator protection. Standard features include reinforced I/O isolation of 3000VAC, low leakage current of <100μA, and a 5-year warranty.
The TPI 180 series is approved to the latest IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 ITE safety approvals and complies with EN 61000-3-2 standards. This series is designed for a wide range of industrial and information technology equipment (ITE) applications.
TRACO Power TPP 180 and TPI 180 Series AC/DC Power Supplies meet EN 55032 Class B for conducted emissions and high efficiencies up to 94%. Additional features include shock and vibration ratings to IEC 60068, thermal shock to MIL-STD 810F, and an ultra-wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
