Toshiba TXZ+ General Purpose LCD Display Controllers

Toshiba TXZ+ General Purpose LCD Display Controllers feature Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor with FPU and an operating frequency range of 1MHz to 160MHz. These display controllers offer a 6MHz to 12MHz external high-speed oscillator, 6MHz to 10MHz external high-speed clock input, and 10MHz internal high-speed oscillator. The LCD display controllers feature a gain-selectable Operational Amplifier (OPAMP) and 12-bit Analog-to-Digital-Converter (ADC) with a maximum conversion time of 91µs and a self-diagnosis support function. These LCD display controllers offer internal memory of 24KB RAM, 128KB to 256KB code flash rewritable up to 100,000 times, and 32KB data flash rewritable up to 100,000 times. The TXZ+ LCD display controllers operate within the -40°C to 105°C temperature range. Typical applications include motors, major appliances using motors, and industrial equipment.
