Toshiba TPD2017FN Low-Side Intelligent Power Switch

Toshiba TPD2017FN Low-Side Intelligent Power Switch is a low-side, 8-channel switch array with an integrated active clamp circuit and N-channel MOSFETs, ideal for motors, solenoids, and lamp drives. The TPD2017FN can be driven directly from CMOS, TTL logic circuitry, or a microcontroller to drive a power load. The device can be operated in parallel mode and includes built-in protection against over-temperature and over-current.

The Toshiba TPD2017FN Low-Side Intelligent Power Switch is offered in an SSOP30 (300mil) package with a -40°C to +110°C operating temperature range.
