Toshiba TMPM3H Arm® Microcontrollers feature Arm Cortex® M3 core and are available in 64-pin to 144-pin and seven types of packages. These microcontrollers offer an oscillation frequency detector (OFD), an abnormal system clock detection, and an eight-level voltage detection (LVD) circuit that generates interrupts and reset outputs. The TMPM3H Arm microcontrollers provide 40 segments x four common (maximum) non-bias drive LCD display controllers (DLCD). These microcontrollers also provide one-channel EMG signal output to the A-PMD comparator and seven- to eight-channel universal asynchronous receiver transmitter (UART).
Toshiba TMPM3H Arm microcontrollers feature a one-channel real-time clock (RTC) and a remote control signal preprocessor (RMC). These microcontrollers operate at a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and in a -40°C to +105°C temperature range. The TMPM3H series is ideal for consumer and industrial products, including home appliances, office automation (OA) and household equipment, audio-visual (AV) devices, and motor control devices.
