Toshiba TLX9188 Transistor Output Optocoupler

Toshiba TLX9188 Transistor Output Optocoupler incorporates phototransistors optically coupled to an infrared LED, enclosed in a small, thin SO6 (4pin) package. The TLX9188 features a high breakdown voltage between the collector and emitter (VCEO=200V) and operates at a high (Ta=125°C max) temperature. The TLX9188 is ideal for battery management systems and HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) and EV (Electric Vehicle) applications.
