Toshiba TLX9160T 1500V AEC-Q101 Photorelay

Toshiba TLX9160T 1500V AEC-Q101 Photorelay consists of an infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SO16L-T package. The TLX9160T implements a high voltage MOSFET between output terminals. With a creepage distance on the detector side of 5mm or more, the Toshiba TLX9160T Photorelay is ideal for automotive control applications with a battery voltage of 1000V or less in an environment with a pollution degree.
