Toshiba TLP577xH Infrared LED & Photo ICs

Toshiba TLP577xH Infrared LED and Photo ICs combine the infrared LED with an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector in a 6-pin SO6L package. The TLP577xH 6-pin SO6L package is 50% smaller than the 8-pin DIP package and meets international safety standards’ reinforced insulation class requirements.

The Toshiba TLP577xH Infrared LED and Photo ICs feature an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±35kV/µs. The devices have a guaranteed operation with a low threshold input current. Bufferless direct drive from a microcomputer is enabled.

Additionally, the TLP577xH has rail-to-rail output, permitting a stable operation and ideal switching performance in the system.
