Toshiba TLP3910 Photovoltaic Output Photocoupler

Toshiba TLP3910 Photovoltaic Output Photocoupler consists of a high-output GaAlAs (Aluminum Gallium Arsenide) LED optically coupled with a high-speed photodetector. The photodiodes are connected in series, making the TLP3910 suitable for MOSFET gate drive applications which require isolation. This device is also capable of driving higher voltage MOSFETs due to its improved VOC. The TLP3910 provides a 5000Vrms (minimum) high isolation voltage that satisfies the reinforced insulation class according to international safety standards.

The Toshiba TLP3910 Photovoltaic Output Photocoupler is available in a SO6L package and features a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
