Toshiba TLP348x Optocoupler Photorelays

Toshiba TLP348x Optocoupler Photorelays consists of a photo MOSFET that is optically coupled to an infrared Light Emitting Diode (LED). These photorelays feature a very small ON-state resistance and a high ON-state switching current ranging from 2A to 4.5A. The TLP348x photorelays are ideally used in Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), measuring instruments, high-speed logic IC testers, and high-speed memory testers. These devices are halogen-free and are housed in a P-SON4 package.
