Toshiba TLP3476S Photocoupler Photorelay

Toshiba TLP3476S Photocoupler Photorelay is a high switching speed type of TLP3475S and consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. It is housed in an S-VSON4T package. The TLP3476S features a low CR product and extremely low on-state resistance, thus delivering a high on-state current. Additionally, the TLP3476S offers low insertion loss of a high-frequency signal, thus preventing rapidly rising signal degradation. The Toshiba TLP3476S also features low off-state current and low output pin capacitance, making it suitable for high-frequency measuring instrument applications.
