Toshiba TLP3149 Photorelays

Toshiba TLP3149 Photorelays combine a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light-emitting diode. The TLP3149 Photorelays are packaged in a 4-pin SOP (2.54SOP4) with 2.54mm lead pitch and 2.1mm height.

The Toshiba TLP3149 Photorelays feature low on-state resistance and high permissible on-state current. With these features, the TLP3149 is an excellent option for power line control applications.
