Toshiba TLP3147 Photorelays

Toshiba TLP3147 Photorelays integrates a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light-emitting diode. The TLP3147 Photorelays is available in a 4-pin package with 2.54mm lead pitch and 2.1mm height.

The Toshiba TLP3147 Photorelays offer low on-state resistance and high permissible on-state current, making the device ideal for power line applications.
