Toshiba TLP3145 Photorelays

Toshiba TLP3145 Photorelays integrate a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. The TLP3145 is packaged in a 4-pin package with 2.54mm lead pitch and 2.1mm height.

The Toshiba TLP3145 Photorelays have a bidirectional switch, which can conveniently replace mechanical relays in many applications. Additionally, the TLP3145 Photorelays offer a high on-state maximum rating current even with a medium voltage of 200V and low on-state resistance, ideal for power line control.
