Toshiba TLP241B Photorelays

Toshiba TLP241B Photorelays consist of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light-emitting diode. The TLP241B Photorelays are housed in a 4-pin DIP package. It provides an isolation voltage of 5000Vrms. This makes them ideal for applications that require reinforced insulation.
