Toshiba TLP223GA & TLP223J Photorelays

Toshiba TLP223GA and TLP223J Photorelays feature an OFF-state output terminal voltage rating of 400V and 600V, respectively. Isolation voltage is 5000Vrms, which covers many high voltage isolation applications. The TLP223GA and TLP223J both offer low input power in addition to improved switching characteristics.

The TLP223GA and TLP223J Photorelays come with a high efficiency LED developed by Toshiba which has a maximum trigger LED current of 2mA. Lower switching characteristics (turn-on time, turn-off time) are improved, with tON=1ms (max) for TLP223GA and tON=0.5ms (max) for TLP223J.

Maximum operating temperature ratings have been extended from 85°C to 110°C, allowing them to be used in devices designed to withstand the outdoors and in other robust environments.
