Toshiba TCR2EN 200mA Low Dropout Regulators are CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulators with an on/off control input. The TCR2EN features a low dropout voltage, low quiescent bias current, and fast load transient response. The TCR2EN LDOs offer a variety of fixed output voltages between 1.0V and 3.6V and can drive up to 200mA. The devices support overcurrent protection and an auto-discharge function.
The Toshiba TCR2EN 200mA Low Dropout Regulators speicifies a low dropout voltage of 160mV (2.5V output, IOUT = 150mA) with low output noise voltage of 35µVrms (2.5V output) and a load transient response of only ⊿VOUT = ±55mV (IOUT = 1 mA⇔150mA, COUT = 1.0µF).
The TCR2EN is housed in the ultra-small plastic mold SDFN4/SDFN4E (0.8mm x 0.8mm x 0.38mm) package. The TCR2EN series coordinates with small ceramic input and output capacitors, making it ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly, such as cellular phones.
