Toshiba High-Speed Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP2362B, TLP2368B, TLP2762B, and TLP2768B are high-speed isolated photocouplers that support and handle slow inputs that add unwanted chattering noise. These devices simplify design and eliminate required external components like Schmitt triggers, which are traditionally used to reduce chattering noise. The high-speed photocouplers also support up to 5kVrms isolation and are ideal for high-speed circuits up to 20Mbps. These photocouplers operate from 2.7V to 5.5V voltage range and -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The high-speed photocouplers are open drain output types and are housed in either the SO6 or SO6L packages, which offer flexibility in size. Typical applications include Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Factory Automation (FA), and measuring instruments.
