Torex Semiconductor XDL60x Step-down micro DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductor XDL60x Step-down micro DC/DC Converters integrate a coil and a control IC in one package. By adding a ceramic capacitor for input/output and a resistor for output voltage setting to external parts, a power supply circuit of up to 500mA can be created. An internal coil simplifies the circuit and enables the minimization of noise and other operational trouble due to the circuit wiring.
