Torex Semiconductor XC9276 Synchronous Step-Down PFM DC/DC Converter

Torex Semiconductor XC9276 Synchronous Step-Down PFM DC/DC Converter has an output voltage switchover function. It also has an ultra-low power consumption circuit and a PFM control. The efficiency performance at a light load current is dramatically improved by implementing ultra-low power consumption circuits which have a 200nA consumption current, and the PFM control method. Additionally, a two-preset output voltage switchover function is available using a VSET pin.
