Torex Semiconductor XC914x Step-Up DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductor XC914x Step-Up DC/DC Converters feature 0.17Ω N-Channel driver FET and a 0.2Ω synchronous P-Channel switching FET built-in. These converters start operation from an input voltage of 0.9V that is suitable for equipment using a single alkaline battery or nickel-metal hydride battery. During these devices enter stand-by mode, A/D/G/J types prevent the application malfunction by the CL discharge function. The XC914x converters operate at 0.65V to 6V of input voltage range, -40℃ to 105℃ operating ambient temperature range, and 430mA of output current. These converters are ideally used in portable equipment, beauty and health equipment, wearable devices, and PC peripherals.
