Torex Semiconductor XC9145 Step-Up DC/DC Converters

Torex Semiconductor XC9145 Step-Up DC/DC Converters feature 200mΩ N-channel driver FET and a 270mΩ synchronous P-channel switching FET built-in. These converters can significantly reduce the power consumption of battery-powered devices, which consume a large percentage of power when the system is in standby mode. The efficiency of the output current of 10μA or less is increased by the ultra-low current consumption of 400nA and PWM/PFM auto-switching control. These converters operate at 0.65V to 5.5V input voltage range, 400nA of Quiescent current, and -40°C to 105°C operating ambient temperature. The XC9145 converters are ideally used in low-power wireless communication products, remote controls, energy harvest, and metering devices.
