Texas Instruments UCC44273 Single-Channel Gate Driver

Texas Instruments UCC44273 Single-Channel Gate Driver is a high-speed and low-side gate driver that effectively drives MOSFET and IGBT power switches. This driver provides a 4A source and 4A sink (symmetrical drive) peak-drive current capability at 12VDD. The UCC44273 gate driver can source and sink high peak-current pulses into capacitive loads that offer rail-to-rail drive capability and a small propagation delay of 13ns. This single-channel gate driver operates from a 4.5V to 18V voltage range and a -40°C to 140°C wide temperature range. The UCC44273 driver is ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) stages, residential air conditioning (HVAC), Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), and motor drives.
