Texas Instruments UCC14141EVM-068 Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments UCC14141EVM-068 Evaluation Module demonstrates the UCC14141-Q1 DC/DC converter module, delivering 1.5W of 5kVRMS, isolated power in a low profile, 3.5mm, wide-body SOIC integrated package. The TI UCC14141EVM-068 EVM can operate from 8 VIN to 18 VIN and is configured for dual outputs of VDD = 18V and VEE= -4V. The UCC14141EVM-068 exhibits typical bias supply voltages required by IGBT and SiC gate driver ICs in high voltage, industrial and automotive inverters, battery management systems, charging stations, and various isolated equipment applications.
