Texas Instruments UCC14131EVM-070 Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments UCC14131EVM-070 Evaluation Module is a platform for evaluating the performance of the UCC14131-Q1 DC/DC converter module. The UCC14131-Q1 delivers 1.5W of 5kVRMS, isolated power in a low profile, 3.5mm, wide-body SOIC integrated package.

The TI UCC14131EVM-070 Evaluation Module operates from 11.5VIN to 14VIN and is configured for dual positive outputs of 12V and 5V. The UCC14131EVM-070 supports typical bias supply voltages required by GaN, Si, SiC, and IGBT gate driver ICs used in high-voltage, industrial and automotive inverters, battery management systems, charging stations, and various isolated equipment applications.
