Texas Instruments TPSI2140Q1EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPSI2140Q1EVM Evaluation Module is a two-copper layer board with multiple test points and jumpers to evaluate the functionality of the TPSI2140-Q1 fully. The TPSI2140-Q1 is an isolated solid-state relay (SSR) designed for high-voltage automotive and industrial applications. The primary side of the TPSI2140Q1EVM presents four differential drivers, which provide power and enable logic information to each of the internal MOSFETs on the secondary side. Each MOSFET on the secondary side has a reliable full-bridge rectifier to form the local power supply.

  • Can be run with an external waveform generator or tested with a single power source if the user ties VDD and enable it together with provided jumper

  • Integrated avalanche-rated MOSFETs with 1200V standoff voltage
  • Low primary side supply current, 5mA ON state, 1uA OFF state
