Texas Instruments TPSF12C1QEVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments TPSF12C1QEVM Evaluation Module allows users to evaluate the performance of TPSF12C1-Q1 Standalone Active Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Filter Integrated Circuits (ICs). The TPSF12C1QEVM evaluation module enhances the common-mode (CM) EMI signature in single-phase AC and three-wire DC power systems. The TI TPSF12C1-Q1 IC features a low impedance path for CM noise in the frequency range of interest for EMI measurement and satisfies prescribed limits for EMI standards, such as CISPR 11, CISPR 25, and CISPR 32.

  • Active EMI filter (AEF) IC enables up to 25dB of common-mode EMI reduction
  • 50% reduction in the size and weight of the CM chokes of the AC line filter
  • Suitable for single-phase AC or 3-wire DC systems
  • Wide supply voltage range of 8V to 16V, nominally 12V
  • Easy connection to two sense capacitors and an injection capacitor
